Payment Methods

1. Credit Card
After you register online, you will receive a confirmation message letting you know that you are registered for the workshop. If you cannot pay the day you register, visit the registration page and re-sign in at your convience to pull up your invoice and pay by credit card.

2. Personal Check
You may choose this method when you register just be sure to send your check.

3. Purchase Order
Another option you can choose when you register, once again just be sure to provide the Purchase Order #.

4. Bank Check

5. Money Order

6. In-house Transfer
This is an option ONLY for those attendees who are having their registration fee paid by a UCAR/NCAR Lab/Division/Program.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your paid registration for the WRF User's Workshop, please cancel by Friday, 3 June 2011. Please Note: We will refund your registration fee less $25.00 to cover administrative fees.

We will not be offering any refunds after Friday, 3 June 2011.
