When you are ready to submit your extended abstract (in PDF format), please use this form. This will be included in the workshop preprint volume, and should be 6 pages or less. After filling out the details below and pressing SUBMIT, you will be directed to the upload screen. If you have more than one presentation, simply come back to this screen to submit them.
