1. Credit Card
After you register online, you will receive an email informing you that we have received your registration application. If you cannot pay the day you register, visit the registration page and re-sign-in at your convenience to pull up your invoice to pay by credit card. Another email will be sent to you when we actually charge your credit card and you have been accepted.
2. Personal Check
You may choose this method when you register, but be sure to send your check before the payment deadline.
3. Purchase Order
Purchase orders are another option you can choose when you register. Once again, be sure to provide the Purchase Order #. This can be sent by email or fax to workshop@ucar.edu, Sudie Kelly, or Kris Marwitz at the address below.
4. In-house Transfer
This is an option ONLY for those attendees who are having their registration fee paid by a UCAR/NCAR Lab/Division/Program. Please provide the account key and the name of your administrator.

If you need to cancel your attendance at the WRF Tutorial, please be aware of our policy:
Before 19 June 2012, we will refund your registration fee less $25.00 to cover administrative fees.
We will not be offering any refunds after Monday, 02 July 2012.
You can cancel your registration at any time by going into the website registration page and clicking on cancel.
