Submitting your full-length abstracts

(including information on Powerpoint Presentations)

Abstract Submission

Please note that a preprint will be compiled for the entire workshop, so both MM5 and WRF presenters are requested to submit an extended abstract.

The deadline for submitting an extended abstract is May 28, 2004. The length of workshop abstracts is expected to be NO LONGER THAN 4 pages, and the style of the paper should conform to the standard of conference papers submitted to American Meteorological Society (e.g. two-column page layout, single space and at least 9pt letter size, and DO NOT use page numbers). The manuscript should include your name, affiliation and e-mail address. A preprint volume will be produced and distributed at the workshop.

    • Please e-mail your abstract (in postscript or pdf format) to mesouser@ucar.edu no later
      than May 28, 2004.

NOTE: The preprint will be generated on USA letter size paper. If you normally use European paper size (A4 papers), please change your wordprocessor paper setup to letter (11x8.5 inches) size before creating your abstract. Failure to do this may result in loss of information during the printing process.

Electronic copies of all preprints will be made available on the Web after the workshop. If you do not wish to have your preprint placed on our Web site, please mention this to mesouser@ucar.edu when you submit your abstract.
