• Objective analysis of meteorological fields

  • Improve first-guess analyses on the mesoscale grid by objective analysis of surface and upper-air observations.
  • Provide initial and boundary conditions for MM5 (through program INTERPF)
  • Provide 3D fields for analysis nudging in MM5 (through program INTERPF)
  • Provide surface fields for surface analysis nudging in MM5.
