The registration fee for MM5 tutorial is $250.00 for university participants, and $350.00 for all others.

The forms of payment accepted are credit card (recommended), personal check, bank check, money order, and purchase order. Please make checks and purchase order payable to "NCAR - MMM Workshops", and mail to, with your name and institution stated,

For credit card processing, we need:

1. card holder name (as it appears on the card),

2. billing address,

3. type of credit card (we accept Visa and MasterCard),

4. card number,

5. expiration date, and

6. amount of the payment.
