Payment

The registration fee for WRF/MM5 workshop is $150.00 if paid by the deadline date of May 14. For those who pay after May 14, the registration fee will be $200.00, unless prior arrangement has been made with Sudie Kelly (contact information below).

The forms of payment accepted are credit card (recommended), personal check, bank check, money order, and purchase order. Please make checks and purchase order payable to "NCAR - MMM Workshops", and mail to, with your name and institution stated,

For credit card processing, we need:

1. card holder name (as it appears on the card),

2. billing address,

3. type of credit card (we accept Visa and MasterCard),

4. card number,

5. expiration date, and

6. amount of the payment.
