    Characteristics:
       1. dual-Doppler lobe orientation - NW/SE
       2. lobes in eastern Colorado and western Kansas
       3. some storms may be observable across both lobes
       4. 3000-4500 ft, roughly 3500 ft mean

    CHL: CSU-CHILL near Greeley Colorado
    ftm: NCAR/ATD/SPol near Ft. Morgan Colorado
    KFTG: NWS WSR-88D at Denver Colorado
    Characteristics:
       1. dual-Doppler lobe orientation - NE/SW
       2. lobes over eastern Cheyenne Ridge and Denver metro area
