Working Schedule for Slant-path delay
in IUM
(Draft
prepared by Yong-Run Guo, 12 January 2011)
Tasks
1, Implement the simple observation operator of (straight-line) slant-path
total delay (STD) in WRFVar to assimilate the data from BMB ground-based GPS
network
2, Get the results comparable to and better than those from ZTD
assimilation for the selected cases in Beijing area
3, Start to upgrade the forward observation operator by using
ray-tracing approach
