The wrfvar code were updated with
bugs fixed and two more functions: QC-OBS and VERIFY

NMC_Stage0_for_WRF: ducument.
A simplified gen_be_Stage0 code for both MM5 and WRF
regional models has developed
and intensively tested in PC Linux by Yong-Run Guo
(NCAR),
Shui-Yong Fan (BMB), and
Hui-Chuan Lin (CWB). The new code can be downloaded
from gen_be_Stage0.

downloaded by click scripts, please

use this wrfvar-based verification package.
