UNGRIB - namelist.wps

For the UNGRIB part of WPS, we are only interested in the following sections of the namelist.wps file.
For detailed explanations of these and other namelist.wps parameters, see Chapter 3 of the User's Guide.

In namelist.wps, multiple columns are used for multiple domains.
Since UNGRIB is domain-independent, it ONLY uses information in column one, and ignores all other columns.
