Example script to calculate and plot vorticity.

In this script note:

1. Get the diagnostics for absolute (avo) and potential (pvo) vorticity.
2. Calculate potential vorticity at 300 hPa nd absolute vorticity at 500 hpa before plotting.

Note: Not all plots generated are depicted below.
