Graphics: NCL - Example

Example scripts to calculate precipitable water.

1. In this example we calculate PW from native WRF output variable: wrf_PW.ncl
2. Or use the wrf_user_getvar script to automatically calculate PW: wrf_PW3.ncl
    Note in this example we also use wrf_user_getvar to pick very specific times to process.
