Example script to plot fields from the 2D Hill case.

In this script note:

1. Initial times are switched off;
2. A vertical cross-section interpolate to height is plotted;
3. The plot is zoomed into the first 34 vertical grid points.

Note: Not all plots generated are depicted below.
