SWRAD Shortwave Radiation test driver with test datasets for 
         host CPU and placeholder for GPU code


To compile:
	Edit makefile for your system
	make
	(make clean also works)

	Makes 1 exec: rrtm_driver_vanilla

To run:
	Cd to run and type runit

    driver_swrad.F	Contains standalone driver for SWRAD original (and stub for CUDA)
