Trace upwards through call tree for date

  1. date is dummy arg 1 of split_date_char (share/module_date_time.f);
     corresponding actual arg is current_date, arg number 0 in call 1 by split_date_char (share/module_date_time.f).

current_date is not an argument to geth_julgmt. May be local or use-associated.
geth_julgmt has 3 arguments
  1. julyr of type integer intent out
  2. julday of type integer intent out
  3. gmt of type real intent out
