  1. hour is dummy arg 5 of split_date_char (share/module_date_time.f);
     corresponding actual arg is nh, arg number 4 in call 1 by split_date_char (share/module_date_time.f).

nh is not an argument to geth_julgmt. May be local or use-associated.
