Trace upwards through call tree for minute

  1. minute is dummy arg 6 of split_date_char (share/module_date_time.f);
     corresponding actual arg is ni, arg number 5 in call 1 by split_date_char (share/module_date_time.f).

ni is not an argument to geth_julgmt. May be local or use-associated.
geth_julgmt has 3 arguments

  2. julday of type integer intent out
  3. gmt of type real intent out
