Trace upwards through call tree for month

  1. month is dummy arg 3 of split_date_char (share/module_date_time.f);
     corresponding actual arg is nm, arg number 2 in call 1 by split_date_char (share/module_date_time.f).

nm is not an argument to geth_julgmt. May be local or use-associated.
geth_julgmt has 3 arguments
  1. julyr of type integer intent out
  2. julday of type integer intent out
  3. gmt of type real intent out
