UTC Jan 26 2000 at 6 h interval (Source: ETA AWIP data archived
at NCAR). Both domain 1 and 2 files are included.
January 2000 real output data: 30 km model input data for 1200 UTC Jan 24 - 1200 UTC Jan 25 2000 using above WPS data and namelist.input.jan00 in test/em_real/ directory.
January 2000 wrf output data: Model output at 24 hour forecast time from above IC/BC.
June 2001 WPS output data: 10 km data from 1200 UTC June 11 - 1200 UTC June 12, 2001 at 3 hour interval. A domain 2 file is included.

- The tar file is re-tared to have a standalone directory, called WRFDA (June 6, 2008). Please follow the updated instructions in the User's Guide to compile and run this code.
- The tar file is updated on June 10 to correct some compiler issue for WRF-Var code with PGI 7.1+, and for compiling obsproc code generally.

The WRF-Chem code had no bug fixes since the release of V3.0.1. Thus version 3.0.1 released on August 6 is compatible with the August 22 WRF model release (V3.0.1.1)

The following are external libraries one must install for running ungrib for GRIB 2 data:

from Jan 24 - 25, 2000). Use the default namelist.wps provided
with the WPS tar file to run this test case.

WRF Post-Processing Software
NCL
Download and install at least NCL version 5.1.0. All functions needed to view WRF data with NCL are located inside the NCL libraries. Details on how to use the functions are available from the WRF NCL web pages. These pages also contain a number of example scripts to get you started.
