Plot SkewT diagrams for selected stations.
Long/lat values for each station is supplied. These are converted to the nearest x/y point, which is used to plot the diagram.
If the station is outside the model domain, it will be skipped.

wrf_SkewT1.ncl demonstrates how to obtain one plot location at a time, while wrf_SkewT3.ncl demonstrates how to obtain an array of plot locations. The plotting of the skewT plots are identical between the two scripts.
